Pec Time Tubing, was long ago an idea, and in 2017 we made it a reality. It became the right time, and Argyle was the right place. Now, all we need is a few summers that don’t flood! haha
We are a small business with strong roots in Southwest Wisconsin. We both grew up farming here in Lafayette County, and our families still do. Argyle has been an incredibly supportive and welcoming community. Jeremiah and I have really enjoyed the process of getting this started, and we have been lucky to have a great crew to work with us all season long. It’s important to us that you have a great time when you come to float with us. If you have an idea on how we can improve, let us know! It has been interesting to hear the things that catch peoples attention on the river. The Bald eagles are always great to see, excited stories from the kids about the wildlife on the river is always a highlight. We had a family of baby muskrats last year and they were the talk of the river for several weeks!
Jeremiah and I have a weekly day date to head down river to check for litter and other issues. It is important to us that we leave as small of an environmental footprint as possible so that everyone can enjoy the Pecatonica River as much as we do.
Whether you’re looking for a great family outing or wanting to make lasting memories with your friends, we’ll take care of you every step of the way. It’s a day well spent, in the country, away from the noise of the city and a great way to unplug. You will see Jeremiah – aka The Captain- as our crew so aptly named him, everyday. He’s the logistics guy, and keeps things moving. I am there most days, if you catch me in the office, I’m a fast talker, and a little particular about giving detailed directions. Don’t be afraid to tell me to slow down, so you don’t miss anything!
We look forward to seeing you this summer!
Jeremiah and Ashley Kleiber
